Does 'white privilege' include those who sound white?

Washington Post:
A CNN analyst called out a Fox News contributor for ‘white privilege.’ He’s black.
“I hate to break it to you, but you should’ve been better prepped. I’m black,” radio host David Webb told CNN legal analyst Areva Martin.










Webb is a smart guy who comes across as an intelligent person.   What this episode also demonstrates is that educated people have an advantage that has nothing to do with their race or "privilege."
