This would cause Democrats to LOSE 10-25 House seats in 2026 midterm elections. DO YOU SUPPORT SCOTUS OVERTURNING THIS CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION? If it was wrong to discriminate against blacks by racially based Congressional districts, it is also wrong to discriminate against others for the same reason. Democrats should not get the advantage of racially based districts.

 American Action News: The Biden administration has backed down from defending two race-based programs that were central to its “racial equity agenda,” the Washington Post reported Friday. Federal judges ruled that racial preference is unconstitutional in cases regarding the Minority Business Development Agency and the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program, which provided loans and government contracts on the basis of race, according to the Post. The Department of Justice (DOJ) has not appealed the rulings, instead limiting the scope of the two race-based programs. The volume of federal contracts for “small disadvantaged companies,” which are primarily minority-owned, grew from $59 billion to $76 billion in the first three years of Biden’s presidency, according to the Post.  Thomas Lifson: Employing the euphemism "affirmative action," President Biden's press secretary claimed that there is a constitutional right to receive preferential treatment based on one's race.  She was discussing recent Supreme Court decisions on MSNBC with host Ari Melber and made the extraordinary claim without citing any language in the Constitution — because of course there isn't any to support her and, contrarily, language in the 14th Amendment that prohibits it. The bogus claim came a minute into a nearly five-and-a-half-minute, very friendly interview and did not elicit any pushback from the host, or even any audible reaction to the claim.  KJP never directly addressed his question about what the Biden administration planned to do beyond unspecified "executive action." ... Board of Education The Supreme Court will hear arguments about admissions policies at Harvard and the University of North Carolina — and the meaning of a civil rights landmark. Both the students and the country are better served by making admission decisions based on merit and not on ethnicity.  The current policy discriminates mainly against Asians.

Xavier Becerra on Friday identified “health equity” as the department’s top priority under his leadership. “Health equity has to be part of everything we do,” Becerra said , during an address marking his first year in office. “You will see health equity pervades everything we do.” For the left, “equity” means rationing and redistributing resources based on perceived oppression, privilege, and social status — typically based on race or gender identity. ... Equity has become a liberal code word for discrimination based on race or gender. 

  Washington Examiner: Supreme Court to consider Harvard and UNC affirmative action policies Racism in the selection process can't go on forever.  It is time for a review of that subject.  Affirmative action many times puts people in a situation that is difficult for them while excluding some who would do better.

  Washington Examiner Editorial: Despite repeated promises to clamp down on racism against Asian Americans, President Biden’s Justice Department decided to withdraw a lawsuit targeting Yale University for rampant discrimination against Asian American applicants. Washington Post: GWU plans to replace Jessica Krug, the professor who admitted to falsely claiming Black identity The school wants to continue Krug’s classes on African and Latin American history without her. I suspect these people are trying to take advantage of "affirmative action" programs.  They must see these programs as black privilege.   There are racist implications to these programs.  First, they assume that blacks are not capable of getting these positions on their own.  They are not treating everyone equally.  My own experience tells me that blacks are capable of competing on a level playing field.  To some extent, these programs have put some at a disadvantage because they are put in positions they are not prepared for.  It would be like making a spot on an NBA team for a slow white guy who can't jump. I would like to see the US get back to treating everyone equally and given an equal shot at education and jobs....

National Review: A two-year long Justice Department investigation has found that Yale University illegally discriminated against Asian American and white applicants in violation of federal civil rights law.
