Giuliani critical of Gen. Milley's handling of Afghanistan withdrawal

NY Post: Ex-Mayor Rudy Giuliani at a 9/11 commemoration on Saturday called a top US general an “idiot” and “a–hole,” imitated Queen Elizabeth and distanced himself from Prince Andrew, in a series of rambling soliloquies, video shows. During a rant at an annual Sept. 11 dinner held at Cipriani, Giuliani wondered of Gen. Mark Milley, “How’s that guy a general?” while imagining physically assaulting the decorated joint Chiefs of Staff chairman because of his advice to close Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan. “I wanted to grab his stars and shove it down his throat and say, ‘It’s 400 miles from China, a–hole! China is going to be our enemy for the next 40 years! You have an airbase 400 miles from them and you’re giving it up? Idiot!” the Republican former mayor fumed at the Italian restaurant in Manhattan. “What the hell is wrong with you?” ... Gen. Milley has never explained the decisions for the exodus from Afghanistan.  I suspect he was following orders from Biden.  Many of...

NY court ruling a threat to legal profession

Jonathon Turley: ... ... the fluid standard applied in Giuliani’s case raises serious concerns over how and when such suspensions will be imposed against lawyers in public controversies. Indeed, the Giuliani standard would seem to implicate a wide array of attorneys who straddle the line of legal and political advocacy. The 33-page opinion is damning and embarrassing; in all likelihood, it will result in Giuliani’s eventual disbarment. It also is deeply concerning in its heavy reliance on Giuliani’s statements out of court. While lawyers have been disciplined for out-of-court statements in some cases, this suspension seems primarily a judgment on Giuliani’s public advocacy. The court states that when he uses “his large megaphone, the harm is magnified. ... One only has to look at the ongoing present public discord over the 2020 election, which erupted into violence, insurrection and death on January 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol, to understand the extent of the damage that can be ...

Abuse of power by NY court in suspending Giuliani's law license

David Zukerman: In an  opinion  replete with Trump Derangement Syndrome, a panel of five justices of the 19-member Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court, First Department, have ordered the immediate suspension of Rudolph W. Giuliani from the practice of law, pending a disciplinary hearing where the former mayor of New York City will face disbarment. The order was handed down on June 24.  It claimed that the former mayor made false statements about various voting irregularities — including phony absentee ballots, and voting by non-citizens and felons, and underage voters and deceased voters, in Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona. ... And where were these jurists the years of the "false statements" on "colluding with Putin, charges of mental instability, Ukraine-gate, and the like throughout Mr. Trump's years in office, statements clearly designed to cause loss of confidence in his leadership — which indeed did so, given his favora...

Intel agencies use corrupt reporters to attack political opponents

Christopher Bedford: The Washington Post gave its readers a clear-eyed view this weekend of how American intel agencies work with sympathetic reporters to smear and discredit political opponents, ignoring a specific explanation from one of the article’s targets of how reporters were being used, and leading to embarrassing corrections in multiple articles (as well as in The New York Times and at NBC News). The story targeted Rudy Giuliani and Wisconsin’s Sen. Ron Johnson, excitedly reporting that they were the targets of Russian disinformation campaigns and had been warned of this by the FBI. Sound familiar? Unsurprisingly, there were a number of problems. First, powerful people across the planet are often the targets of foreign disinformation campaigns; this is normal. Second, powerful intel agencies have a history of conducting briefings solely to create records that can then be leaked to sympathetic reporters in order to generate stories about said threats. Third, there were no...

Manhattan Federal Prosecutors behind weird obsession with Giuliani

Wall Street Journal: Manhattan federal prosecutors are seeking to examine Rudy Giuliani’s communications with an array of former Ukrainian officials, people familiar with the matter said, as investigators home in on whether the former Trump lawyer’s push to remove a U.S. diplomat in Kyiv violated foreign lobbying rules. The search warrants executed by federal investigators on Wednesday at Mr. Giuliani’s New York City apartment and office sought evidence related to Marie Yovanovitch, the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine whom Mr. Giuliani pushed to oust in the spring of 2019, as well as communications with any U.S. government officials or employees regarding the former ambassador or her position, the people said. Former President Donald Trump ordered Ms. Yovanovitch’s removal in the spring of 2019 after an extensive push by Mr. Giuliani, who personally lobbied the president and then-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. The warrants also sought communications with or regarding associa...

The collusion of the media in false story about Giuliani

Red States: The fact that the news organizations are working in tandem on narratives blows up in their hands . It was another example of an important news outlet having to retract a major news story, as  Bonchie reported yesterday , when  The Washington Post  had to retract its prior claim that both Rudy Giuliani and the news network  One America News  had been informed by the FBI that they had part of a Russian disinformation campaign. “ This version has been corrected to remove assertions that OAN and Giuliani received the warnings ,”  the outlet says in part of its retraction . This was clearly a coordinated hit being made by  WaPost , evidenced by the timing; the initial report was made midweek to land in busy news cycles, while the correction is made in the weekend lull of low news consumption. Now, there have been follow-up retractions seen, one  coming from the  New York Times , and a second being made by  NBC News . These a...

FBI accused of spying on Trump and Giuliani during impeachment

Epoch Times: Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said that the FBI surveilled his and former President Donald Trump ’s iCloud chats during impeachment hearings in 2019. In an interview over the weekend, Giuliani, whose home was searched by federal agents last week, said that his lawyer, Robert Costello, was told by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan that the alleged wiretapping took place. “He asked [the prosecutor] to repeat it because he couldn’t believe it was true,” he told WABC radio in New York. “To me they just trashed the president of the United States.” When House Democrats launched their impeachment inquiry against Trump over his phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Giuliani, who had been Trump’s personal attorney, said he was communicating with the president. “Meanwhile, the Justice Department, while I’m defending him on that with others, invaded my iCloud,” Giuliani said. “I can’t fathom that would be done to an ordinary citizen,” he sa...

Giuliani search warrant unconstitutional?

Epoch Times: The FBI’s recent raid on an apartment owned by Rudy Giuliani , a lawyer for former President Donald Trump, violated the Constitution, according to constitutional expert Alan Dershowitz . “This was just a misuse of the search and seizure power. Initially, it was turned down; now it was approved, both by a judge and by the attorney general of the United States, so it wasn’t lawless action, but I believe that they acted inconsistently with both the spirit and the letter of the Constitution and that there should be remedies for it,” Dershowitz said on Newsmax on Saturday. “It should be done through subpoena, and that is the constitutional route to getting evidence,” he added. A search warrant being executed points to officials believing the subject would destroy evidence if the search was not carried out. But the lawyer knew that he was being investigated for months, so there’s no basis for a search unless a subpoena was obtained, Dershowitz argued. “The 4th Amendment de...

Media admits it got Giuliani story wrong

CNN: The Washington Post, The New York Times, and NBC News on Saturday issued significant corrections, retracting earlier reporting that said Rudy Giuliani had been directly warned by the FBI that he was the target of a Russian disinformation campaign. The stories came out after Giuliani's office and residence were raided by the FBI on Thursday. The searches were linked to a criminal probe of the former mayor's business dealings in Ukraine and resulted in the seizure of several communications devices. "An earlier version of this story, published Thursday, incorrectly reported that One America News was warned by the FBI that it was the target of a Russian influence operation," read the correction by The Post, which first reported the news. "That version also said the FBI had provided a similar warning to Rudolph W. Giuliani, which he has since disputed." "This version has been corrected to remove assertions that OAN and Giuliani received the warning...

FBI ignores Hunter Biden's hard drive

Daily Mail: Rudy Giuliani's son Andrew has accused the Department of Justice of raiding his father's New York apartment and office for political reasons - and claims agents didn't want to take allegedly incriminating evidence involving Hunter Biden. 'Any American, whether you are red or blue, should be extremely disturbed by what happened here today, by the continued politicization,' furious Andrew told reporters in the Upper East Side on Wednesday. 'The only piece of evidence that they did not take up there today was the only piece of incriminating evidence that is in there — and it does not belong to my father, it belongs to the current president's son,' he added. It's not clear what he was referring to, but his father is believed to have visited Ukraine in order to dig up 'dirt' on the Biden family. Giuliani's lawyer Robert Costello blamed the investigation on 'Trump derangement syndrome' and also a accused agents of ignoring ...

Is FBI subpoena to Giuliani about allegations of Biden corruption?

Epoch Times: ... “What they did today was legal thuggery,” Costello told the paper. “Why would you do this to anyone, let alone someone who was the associate attorney general, United States attorney, the mayor of New York City, and the personal lawyer to the 45th president of the United States.” Costello also told the Wall Street Journal that in recent years, he had offered to answer investigators’ questions, but they declined. “It’s like I’m talking to a wall,” he said. FBI officials and Giuliani’s team didn’t respond to requests by The Epoch Times for comment by press time. ... Before that, Giuliani, who was Trump’s personal attorney at the time, told CNN in 2019 that he asked Ukrainian officials to look into then-candidate Joe Biden before he noted that he “asked them to look into the allegations that related to my client [Trump], which, tangentially, involved Joe Biden in a massive bribery scheme, not unlike what he did in China.” “I asked the Ukraine to investigate the alle...

The details of the Biden crime family's monetizing of his office

PJ Media: ...   Giuliani outlined four big business deals during the time Biden was vice president because “that’s where the big money was made.” He made substantial amounts of money through the lobbying of his brother’s, the fact that his son had a no-show job for a major bank and several others. Giuliani, a reliable Trump ally, says that each time Obama’s “point man” negotiated for the United States “and failed, the Biden crime family got millions of dollars” from the country Biden worked with. Giuliani says the kickbacks occurred in a housing deal in Iraq with Biden’s brother, who was “running an illegal lobbying operation.” Giuliani says the Ukrainian energy company Burisma deal with Hunter went on for years.” He outlined a deal with China in which Hunter Biden asked to get a key to the office for his dad and Jill Biden, which Giuliani says put the elder Biden in a direct business relationship with the highest echelons of the PRC. There’s more to this connection as you’ll...

Why is the media avoiding the 'evidence' of corruption gather by Giuliani?

The media seems to be avoiding any discussion of the evidence of the corruption of Biden and his family.

Ukraine Foreign Minister shoots down Democrats last minute slander against Trump

This runs a little over 10 minutes and is an interview by CNN that apparently did not go as members of 'the resistance' wanted or expected.  He says the allegations of the alleged Giuliani associate are not true.

Giuliani says there is more evidence to come on Biden corruption

Rudy seems to be teasing further disclosures within the next few days.

Who knew? President's lawyer was in frequent contact with him

Washington Post: Phone call records show frequent contact between Giuliani and White House Mobile call logs from the House Intelligence Committee’s impeachment report show contact between Rudolph W. Giuliani and the White House during key moments of the Ukraine saga. This is about as newsworthy as the sun rising in the East.  It is what lawyers do to keep their clients informed.  It is more evidence of how ignorant the Democrats and their media cohorts are.  That they are trying to criminalize attorney-client communications shows how despicable the Schiff show has become.

Harris botches effort to tag Giuliani

Image
Twitter: Ryan Saavedra ✔ @RealSaavedra Kamala Harris claims that Rudy Giuliani has "broken many laws" CNN's Anderson Cooper asks her what laws he has broken Harris responds: "Well, I, I, I don't know" 28.7K 9:19 PM - Oct 18, 2019 Twitter Ads info and privacy 15.1K people are talking about this I have been wondering the same thing and the only thing surprising is that someone at CNN finally asked the question.  Now if they would do the same about the "high crimes and misdemeanors" they think Trump has done.  I have seen nothing that resembles treason are related crimes.

Calling Giuliani as a witness will backfire on Schiff and the Democrats

Giuliani catches CBS interviewing the wrong prosecutor about the Biden alleged corruption

Image
They interviewed the one hired by the former regime that was trying to coverup the allegations.  Giuliani had an interviewed the one who was fired for trying to investigate the allegations.  It is interesting how the media in this country is trying to coverup for Biden and his son. Author Peter Schwitzer is interviewed on the timeline of the Biden corruption scandal  by Mark Levine. Giuliani's interview with ABC is also revealing.

Biden goes totalitarian trying to suppress criticism of his Ukraine actions

Washington Examiner: ‘They’re used to lying’: Giuliani says Biden wants to silence him because he fears the truth about Ukraine Biden is used to having compliant media try to cover for his and his son's actions in Ukraine and China.  Meanwhile, Guiliani is producing an affidavit of a witness under oath while the President's critics are trying to ambush him with anonymous hearsay.  Biden's top aids are trying to get the media to silence Guiliani.
