Biden censorship and election rigging

PJ Media: Jason Chaffetz has delivered a devastating exposé that should terrify every American who values his or her constitutional rights. Writing in the New York Post , the former House Oversight Committee chairman pulls back the curtain on what may be the most comprehensive assault on American democracy we've witnessed in our lifetime—and it's happening with our own tax dollars. Chaffetz revealed that the Biden administration didn't just weaponize federal agencies against political opponents; it orchestrated an elaborate data-theft operation that would make authoritarian regimes jealous. As Chaffetz explains, "Federal entities outsourced unlawful data collection to politically sympathetic partners. Rather than directly amassing data, they procured or exchanged it from or with nonprofits and technology firms." This isn't some conspiracy theory cooked up by partisan critics. This is documented reality, backed by Freedom of Information Act requests and congre...

Google and others in Big Tech accused of rigging mid-terms in swing states

Western Journal: Dr. Robert Epstein, a renowned American psychologist and journalist, believes Google killed the red wave. And, according to him, they did it long before voters ever submitted their ballots. The former “Psychology Today” editor-in-chief and his research team have concluded that, during the midterms, Google shifted a massive number of votes nationwide. In states where Republicans lost tight races — such as Arizona — Epstein’s team found “substantial bias … in content that Google and other tech companies were sending people.” Epstein believes the outcomes in these close races may have been impacted by Google’s manipulations. If not for the biased algorithms, it is possible Kari Lake would have won Arizona’s gubernatorial race outright. “Based on the data we’ve collected, we think that Google alone probably shifted about 80 million votes in the midterm elections. Now, it sounds like a lot, but remember, this is not a national election. These are midterm elections. S...

Gov. Abbott orders investigation of Harris County election screw ups

Houston Chronicle: The Harris County Republican Party announced Monday afternoon that it has filed a 20-page lawsuit in state district court against Harris County Elections Administrator Clifford Tatum and county government over voting issues that occurred on Election Day. The party's legal counsel Andy Taylor alleged that double voting may have occurred and that election workers did not segregate provisional ballots that were cast after 7 p.m. in accordance with a court order that extended voting hours in the county to 8 p.m. on Nov. 8. "I believe that the evidence is going to demonstrate countless illegal acts by administrator Tatum in this election," Taylor said. "I want to say to him and Harris County, the actual governmental body, if you really believe that you didn't cheat, if you believe you didn't violate the law, then participate in the investigation." Taylor also told reporters that the lawsuit could open the possibility for candidates who lo...

Undercover journalist exposed Democrat vote fraud in 2016

Jack Cashill: In mid-October 2016, while on business in New York, I swung over to New Jersey to visit with my relatives.  At dinner that evening, my brother, then in in the early stages of TDS — it has since metastasized; pray for him — was gloating over Hillary's impending victory. I asked my brother if he were willing to bet on it.  He most certainly was.  He was sufficiently confident to give me 7 to 1 odds.  I took it.  Based on what I knew, I would have taken the bet at even money.  I had inside info. Earlier in the day, I had popped up to visit James O'Keefe at the Project Veritas offices north of the city.  My timing was excellent.  O'Keefe was in the middle of rolling out his "Rigging the Election" series of undercover videos. A few days earlier, O'Keefe had released as part of the series a video recorded by the irrepressible Laura Loomer.  Laura was twenty-three at the time. ...

Liberals want to suppress the votes of US troops overseas

Washington Times: After years of accusing states of “voter suppression,” the Center for American Progress wants to make it tougher for overseas military to vote in the name of election security. The left-wing public-policy group issued Monday a report, “Election Security in All 50 States,” that called for stricter standards to prevent cyber-meddling in elections by foreign governments, including banning military stationed abroad from submitting ballots via email or fax. One state that allows such vote-casting is Colorado. The center called on the state to “prohibit voters stationed or living overseas from returning voted ballots electronically.” “Regardless of the state’s secure ballot return system for electronically voted ballots, we recommend that all voted ballots be returned by mail or delivered in person,” said the 245-page report. Colorado Secretary of State Wayne Williams defended the practice, saying the state has incorporated safeguards to protect the integrity of b...

The Democrats and voter intimidation

Washington Post: Long lines, voter intimidation among top concerns As the historically bitter presidential race between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump nears its end, election monitors are especially worried about the specter of voter intimidation after calls by the Republican nominee for his supporters to stake out polling places and watch for fraud. The Democrats do not have much credibility on the issue of voter intimidation.  In the past, they have been the masters of if from Jim Crow to Black Panthers standing outside voting stations with clubs.  Then there is their effort to use the IRS to attack Tea Party groups and suppress the Tea Party vote in 2012. But the Democrats are always pretending that Jim Crow is just around the corner whenever someone speaks about voter integrity measures.  They use this schtick to frighten their own voters.  There are many more cases of voter fraud than there are voter intimidation, but you would never...

Voter suppression as practiced by Democrats

Democrats like to talk about voter integrity measures as if their voters are not smart enough to to get a free ID if they don't already have one.  This racism against their own voters should be brought to the attention of the Supreme Court as this issue winds its way to a conclusion. An Op-ed in the NY Times talks about "voter suppression: ‘The Voter Suppression Trail’ Find out if your vote can survive the great, flawed adventure of American democracy. But if you want to see real voter suppression examine the Democrats use of the IRS to attack Tea Party groups and voter integrity groups with ruinous delays in their applications as nonprofits.  Then there is the revelation of Project Veritas in which Democrats talked about their scheme to create violence at Trump rallies and their goal of causing conservative voters to lose heart. Both of these were Democrat operations designed to suppress the votes of conservative Republicans that libe...

Liberals look to facilitate voter fraud

James Taranto: When President Obama declared victory last November, you might have missed the way he spun his voter-turnout triumph into a grievance: "I want to thank every American who participated in this election, whether you voted for the very first time or waited in line for a very long time," he said on election night, adding: "By the way, we need to fix that." He returned to the subject at his inauguration: "Our journey is not complete until no citizen is forced to wait for hours to exercise the right to vote." And in his State of the Union address on Tuesday, the president is expected to call on Congress to enact new voting legislation. Several liberal Democrats have already introduced a bill styled the Voter Empowerment Act of 2013. The effort is a cynical partisan undertaking, according to election lawyer Hans von Spakovsky. In December, some "three dozen of the most powerful liberal advocacy groups, including union organizations," he...

Administration in violation of military voting rights act

Sen. Cornyn is displeased with the Department of Defense response to the law: U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, today wrote to Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, voicing concerns with the Department of Defense’s (DoD) deficient implementation of on-base voter assistance for military service members and their families, mandated by the 2009 law, the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act , or MOVE Act. The letter was also signed by U.S. Sens. Kelly Ayotte, R-NH, John Barrasso, R-WY, Richard Burr, R-NC, Saxby Chambliss, R-GA, and James Inhofe, R-OK. Under the MOVE Act, through specific provisions authored by Sen. Cornyn, DoD was required to ensure that troops and their families have unfettered access to voter assistance on military bases under a program modeled after the well-known “motor voter” programs for civilian voters. The law required DoD to install voter assistance offices at all bases by 2010. Released this week, a report by DoD’s Inspector General concluded that half o...

Voter ID and the Chicago Way

Abraham Miller: ... Obama’s Chicago is notorious for its corrupt voting practices.  In fact, one of the latest political jokes in Chicago is that there is now empirical and incontrovertible evidence that Muammar Gaddafi and Osama bin Laden are both dead.  Their names recently appeared on the city’s voting rolls.  In Obama’s world, elections are not contested; they are manipulated. In the 2008 Iowa caucuses, red and white chartered buses with Illinois license plates carried African Americans  from Chicago to vote in Iowa . Obama’s ability to show that he could win in a rural, white, and somewhat conservative state like Iowa wasn’t a miracle; it was election engineering, the Chicago Way.  In anticipation of a hard-fought contest in 2012, President Obama wants to make sure that there is significant margin for voter fraud, especially getting illegal immigrants to vote. No one needs to tell you how illegal immigrants will vote.  And pro-Obama organization...

Justice Department investigates itself on Black Panther dismissal

Washington Times: The Justice Department's Office of Professional Responsibility has begun an official inquiry into the dismissal in May of a civil complaint against the New Black Panther Party and two of its members who disrupted a Philadelphia polling place during the November general elections. The inquiry is disclosed in an Aug. 28 letter to Rep. Lamar Smith of Texas, the ranking Republican on the House Judiciary Committee who first raised questions about the dismissal in May and asked unsuccessfully that Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. make available the head of the department's Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division for a closed-door briefing on the decision. ... "I am pleased that someone at the Justice Department is finally taking the dismissal of the New Black Panther Party case seriously," Mr. Smith said Wednesday. "The Justice Department's decision to drop a case against political allies who allegedly intimidated voters on Election Day 2...
