Bill introduced to limit trans movement

DC Daily Journal: ... Republican lawmakers are championing a bold new bill named after de-transitioner Chloe Cole, aiming to halt what they call a dangerous trend of “gender transition” medical procedures for minors. The Chloe Cole Act, introduced by Rep. Bob Onder (R-Mo.) in the House and Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) in the Senate, would ban puberty blockers, cross-s-x hormones, and surgeries for those under 18 while opening legal avenues for de-transitioners to sue doctors who performed these procedures. For conservatives, this legislation is a critical stand to protect vulnerable children from irreversible medical interventions and an industry profiting billions off what they see as reckless experimentation. The bill draws its name and urgency from Chloe Cole, who underwent a double mastectomy and hormone treatments at 15, only to later regret her transition and speak out against the medical system that enabled it. “As a member of Congress, a doctor, a parent, and an America...

Supreme Court allows girls in the boys room

Daily Signal: The Supreme Court moved Wednesday to allow a female identifying as male to use a male restroom while her case is heard. The one-page unsigned order keeps South Carolina from enforcing a law requiring public school students to use restrooms aligning with their sex. The law, enacted as part of South Carolina ’s 2024-2025 budget bill and reincorporated into its 2025-2026 bill, says sex is “determined by anatomy and genetics existing at the time of birth.” ... Would they also allow a male who identifies as female to use the girls' room?  I doubt it.  BTW, there is a nude resort near where I live, and it is my understanding that it has separate toilet areas for men and women.

Weirdo science of the left

Matt Margolis: The politicization of science has spiraled completely out of control. From climate alarmism to gender ideology, there’s no shortage of reasons to question the so-called “experts.” That reality was on full display this week on CNN’s Newsnight . Host Abby Phillip played a clip of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. discussing the poor state of children’s health today — a moment the leftist panelists gleefully mocked. But the real fireworks came when Republican strategist Scott Jennings, badly outnumbered, cut through the noise. Things turned explosive the moment he stated the obvious: any scientist who claims men can get pregnant has zero credibility. That one statement sent host Abby Phillip and her panelists into hysterics. “You realize that you’re accepting some politicization of science but not others, right?” Jennings interjected. “What's the politicization of science that's been accepted?” asked Pernell. Jennings cut to the chase: “Can ...

214 detained on alleged child sex op in Houston

DC Daily Journal: Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials announced on Monday that they detained 214 individuals in the Houston, Texas, area suspected of child s*x offenses, all of whom were illegally present in the United States. Among those arrested were five individuals who had been previously deported. The 214 arrests, conducted over the past six months, surpass the 211 apprehensions of illegal migrants in the same region for the entire 2024 fiscal year, according to Fox News. These individuals were either charged or convicted of s*x crimes involving minors. ... These people were not illegal aliens.  They are charged with sexual abuse of children.

7 arrested in Alabama child sex trafficking ring

Blaze: Alabama police have arrested seven people so far in a terrifying child sex trafficking ring that involved an underground bunker in the small town of Brent. The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office said they opened an investigation into concerns about possible sex abuse on Feb. 4. Four months later, they announced arrests and unbelievable details about what they uncovered. Initially, police announced four arrests on Saturday related to investigation into the bunker and said that at least six children had been drugged and raped, according to Assistant District Attorney Bryan Jones. The storm shelter was being used as an underground bunker. The four men arrested were identified as William Chase McElroy, Dalton Terrell, Andres Trejo-Velazquez, and Timothy St. John. Some of the suspects had allegedly confessed to their crimes, according to Jones. "It's just unimaginable that someone could do this to a child," he said. "Children are defenseless, and they depend on adults ...

Couple allegedly high during RV ride

Blaze: A bizarre story has surfaced out of West Virginia featuring police busting a couple who allegedly were discovered in more than a few compromising positions. A patrolman with the Bluefield Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a recreational vehicle around 12:23 p.m. July 2, according to a complaint obtained by the Smoking Gun . The police officer said, 'I inquired about their actions while the vehicle was in motion, to which Ms. Bryant candidly responded, "We were f**king."' "I witnessed a naked female straddling the male driver while the vehicle was in motion," the officer wrote in the complaint. The officer said the driver initially disregarded the police cruiser's flashing lights and maintained a "rolling pace" for approximately half a mile. ... I would have thought that the couple would have enjoyed their time together more if the RV had been parked. Apparently, the driver was not completely distracted by their sex play.

Supreme Court backs the parents against schools with LBGTQ agenda

National Review: The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Maryland parents who sought to opt their children out of mandatory curricula that violate their religious beliefs on Friday, after a long-fought battle by Muslim, Catholic, and Orthodox parents who objected to the school’s sex and gender instruction. The Court ruled 6-3 along ideological lines in Mahmoud v. Taylor that parents can opt their children out of public-school instruction that violates their deeply held religious beliefs for now as the case continues to be litigated. “The Board’s introduction of the ‘LGBTQ+-inclusive’ storybooks, along with its decision to withhold opt outs, places an unconstitutional burden on the parents’ rights to the free exercise of their religion. The parents have therefore shown that they are likely to succeed in their free exercise claims,” Justice Alito writes in the majority opinion. Montgomery County Public Schools began to implement LGBTQ storybook lessons in 2022 as part of its English la...

House bill would block transgender procedures

Federalist Wire: ... In a historic move, House Republicans passed a sweeping budget bill in the early hours of Thursday, championed by President Donald Trump as a “big, beautiful bill.” If signed into law, this legislation will halt all federal funding for transgender medical procedures for both children and adults, marking a significant shift in policy. Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) played a pivotal role by expanding a provision to block funding for transgender procedures. Initially focused on protecting children, Crenshaw’s amendment now extends to adults, ensuring that programs like Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act, and the Children’s Health Insurance Program will no longer support what he describes as risky and unproven medical interventions. “The Crenshaw Amendment will become law — and it’s long overdue,” Crenshaw said to The Daily Wire. “Gender transition procedures are the lobotomy of our generation. So-called ‘gender-affirming care’ isn’t healthcare—it’s fringe science with ...

College accused of allowing men in women's restroom

National Review: Western Carolina University is not changing its Title IX policy to comply with President Donald Trump’s executive action after the school was embroiled in a dispute last year over a male attempting to use women’s bathrooms. WCU administrators refused to update their Title IX policy to comply with Trump’s order restoring sex segregation to federally funded colleges and universities and have instead continued to allow males in women’s spaces, according to public records provided to National Review by right-leaning campus watchdog group Speech First. “For years, advocates have worried that Title IX procedures on campus have become weaponized – and these emails highlight that such concerns are indeed well-founded,” said Nicole Neily, acting executive director of Speech First. “Universities across the country are actively ignoring and resisting the Trump Administration on Title IX, which underscores the need for strong action from both Congress and the executive bran...

Men charged in child sex case

Blaze: Failed Dem candidate who allegedly talked about killing Trump arrested in child sex trafficking sting in Georgia  Advocating for the murder of an American president may not have been the most vile thing Carl Sprayberry did online. Georgia authorities arrested 19 men over the course of a four-day sting operation aimed at flushing out sexual predators keen to molest and/or traffic children. Among those charged was a failed Democratic politician who apparently previously discussed killing President Donald Trump online. While ultimately executed from April 24 to 28 by the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and the Georgia Internet Crimes against Children Task Force, Operation Lights Out was apparently the result of months of planning and the collaboration of 12 law enforcement agencies at the federal, state, and local levels, including U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the U.S. Secret Service. Undercover investigators posing ...

Judge orders release of student accused of firebombing

Blaze: A 19-year-old Kansas City man was arrested in Massachusetts last month in connection with the March 17 firebombing of the Missouri Tesla Center. Owen McIntire, a University of Massachusetts physics student who returned home for spring break, allegedly tossed a pair of Molotov cocktails into the Kansas City dealership, damaging a pair of charging stations and two Cybertrucks, each valued at over $105,000. McIntire was slapped with federal criminal charges: one count of unlawful possession of an unregistered destructive device and one count of malicious damage by fire of any property used in interstate commerce. Despite protest from attorneys for the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Western District of Missouri, a progressive Boston-based judge granted McIntire's petition for release from federal custody on April 24, partly to ensure that he could continue his sex change. ... The Left's 'inclusivity' gambit

DC Daily Journal: ... In a case that pits parental rights against school mandates, the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments in Mahmoud v. Taylor, a dispute centered on whether parents in Montgomery County, Maryland, can opt their young children out of mandatory LGBTQ-themed storybook lessons. The case, which has drawn national attention, raises profound questions about religious liberty, educational authority, and the balance between inclusivity and individual conscience. Justice Brett Kavanaugh, a Montgomery County native, set the tone early, expressing surprise that a state founded on religious tolerance would find itself at the center of such a controversy. “I guess I am a bit mystified, as a lifelong resident of the county, how it came to this,” Kavanaugh said during oral arguments. “Can you just tell us what happened in March 2023?” His question cut to the heart of the case: a sudden policy shift by the Montgomery County Board of Education that eliminated opt-out provisions for...

Alabama women arrested for having sex with student

Blaze: A school employee in Alabama was arrested after making a shocking confession to police officers about sexually abusing a student, according to court documents. Amy Nicole Wigginton — a 41-year-old school worker from Rogersville — was arrested Friday and has been charged with two counts of a school employee engaging in a sex act or deviant sexual intercourse with a student. According to the Lauderdale County High School faculty and staff website page , Wigginton was listed as working in the "Child Nutrition Program." The Daily Mail reported that Wigginton is a married "lunch lady" who "often shared images to social media with her husband and children." Wigginton reportedly has been placed on administrative leave following her arrest, according to the Lauderdale County School District. ... Sex with a student was not the "child nutrition" the school had in mind when they hired her.  It has been several years since I was in high school, bu...

Trump policies protect vulnerable women

American Action News: The head of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) said Thursday that he is reversing a policy that requires domestic violence shelters and other facilities to accept men in women’s spaces. HUD Secretary Scott Turner, whom the Senate confirmed Wednesday, announced the change during a press briefing in Washington, D.C. as one of many ways he is terminating “far-left agenda items” in the agency. The Obama administration adopted the “gender identity” policy that bans “discrimination” against “transgender persons” in federally-funded housing. Turner said scrapping the rule would “protect the ladies that are entering any HUD-funded facilities” such as abuse shelters and “get government out of the way of what the Lord established” regarding gender. His decision complies with President Donald Trump’s executive order restoring “biological truth” to federal agencies by recognizing male and female as the only two sexes, the secretary told the press. ....

Sex trafficking of Venezuelan gang

FAIR: The example of the brutal Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua is illustrative. Millions of Venezuelans migrated to neighboring countries in South America, thus voting with their feet against the socialist Chavez-Maduro regime and the intense poverty it has generated. Tren de Aragua members were part of this outflow, and they brought with them women, usually from very poor backgrounds, whom they forced or otherwise encouraged to engage in prostitution. In Peru’s capital of Lima, Tren de Aragua began to violently muscle in on the local prostitution business, killing local prostitutes while bringing in women from Venezuela. Due to Biden-Harris open-borders policies, Tren de Aragua has expanded its criminal empire to the U.S., wreaking real havoc throughout the country and claiming American victims. The Biden-Harris administration sent the message that migrants who could make it to the U.S. border would get to stay. This policy drew migrants northward through Panama’s Darien Gap. FAI...
