Jim Hoft: 10 YEARS AGO TODAY – Al Gore Predicted North Pole Would Be COMPLETELY ICE FREE in Five Years Not only is the North Pole completely frozen over but much of the great lakes were frozen over in January of this year stranding a new US warship in Montreal .   It has been happening often since Gore may his prediction stranding ships in the Great Lakes.  Gore probably has no explanation for what caused his prediction to be so far off.  He has also predicted a 20-foot rise in sea levels which shows no sign of happening.  In fact, recently a real climate4 scientist said such a claim was not possible.

Gore claimed that the hurricane scale had added a category 6, but real climate scientist say it would be unnecessary because category 5 storms imply total destruction of man made structures.  It is a real inconvenient fact for Al.

Bastardi knows his hurricane history, better than Al Gore does.  Gore is looking like a fraud on the subject.

The Hill: Al Gore to Rick Perry: Climate scientists aren't motivated by money Gore's credibility just keeps on slipping.  He has made millions off his globo warming business and there have been millions in grant dollars given to those who claim some expertise in pushing the global warming theory. The episode does show how Perry has a knack for turning his opponents arguments against them.  The globo warmers are always suggesting that skeptics are being paid to oppose them.

But the June 3 blowout of a Marcellus gas well was a reminder that natural-resource development does not come without costs. Workers lost control of the well on the Punxsutawney Hunting Club grounds, and it unleashed a combustible 75-foot fountain of natural gas and toxic wastewater.
