  Legal Insurrection: Biden Picks Catherine Lhamon, Enemy of Campus Due Process, To Head Civil Rights Office in Education Dept.   “By putting forward Lhamon for this crucial role, President Biden has signaled that he would rather colleges go back to old, failed policies” This is a return to Obama's blatantly unconstitutional persecution of men students who are accused of sexual assault.  Colleges have no right to act as prosecutors and judges in these cases.  All such cases should be handled by the local district attorney or prosecutors so that the accused will be entitled to representation by counsel and due process.    These policies are also bad for the institutions because students who are denied due process are suing in court and getting judgments against the colleges and Universities.

The group, convicted of adultery and sex offences, could be executed at any time, lawyers defending them say.
