Appeals court ruling is a show of political bias and not legal thinking

Washington Post:
Appeals court says essentially that Trump is not to be believed. Will the Supreme Court reach the same conclusion?

The president’s lawyers will probably ask the high court this week to overturn the rejection of the travel ban by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
This is an embarrassingly bad decision by the 4th Circuit.

By their standards, the Supreme Court should have overturned Obamacare because both the Democrats and Obama said over and over again that the mandate was not a tax.  That is not to mention the other lies they told about being able to "keep your plan" and "keep your doctor."  The court ignored all of those things and declared it a tax to keep from finding it unconstitutional.

If the Supreme Court is consistent it will slap down this ridiculous decision.
