Trump threw out several ideas to deter illegal entry into the US in the absence of Democrats willing to reform the broken asylum system

Frustrated with migration surge, President Trump suggested several border security ideas, including a reptile-filled moat and shooting migrants. Staffers separated the ideas into two categories — those to be dismissed, and those to be implemented.
The Democrats have been unwilling to do anything about the asylum scam being run by economic migrants making bogus claims at the border.  The migrants have been flooding the border with the scam and it has taken some effort to deal with it.  While Trump tossed out these ideas in a brainstorming session with border security people he agreed to other efforts and eventually got a workable deal with Mexico to stem the flow.

Ultimately it is the Democrats who created the problem with the Flores settlement and there refusal to fix it.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014.
