Symptoms must be present for Covid to be contagious?

More New Research Shows Only Those With Symptoms Spread COVID-19. Masks School Closings & Lockdowns Couldn't Have Been More Pointless.

If this is the case then we should be opening up the country and let people get on with their lives unless they are show symptoms that would require quarantining.
