Justice Dept. goes after CIA?
NY Times:
The Justice Department’s ethics office has recommended reversing the Bush administration and reopening nearly a dozen prisoner-abuse cases, potentially exposing Central Intelligence Agency employees and contractors to prosecution for brutal treatment of terrorism suspects, according to a person officially briefed on the matter.I wish Democrats were more interested in going after the real enemy instead of the people trying to protect us. They have this confluted feeling that punishing people who may have been too aggressive with the enemy will make the enemy stop fighting us or make others like us. They are wrong on both counts, and they certainly justify my dislike of Democrats. They should not be trusted with national security.
