Trump's school choice plan follows up on his commitment to help blacks in bad schools

NY Times:
Mr. Trump on Thursday promised to direct $20 billion in federal grants for poor children to attend a school of their family’s choice.
This is a start on a much-needed program to increase competition in the school system rather than letting the teachers' union run a protection racket where they do a lousy job and Democrats see that they get more money for it.

It is kind of substantive policy issues that Trump really needs to stick with rather than arguing irrelevant opinions about whether Putin is a better leader than Obama.  Even if it's true is is a "so what" point for the most part that allows Hillary Clinton to demagogue.

Trump has a bad habit of getting off message that lets Hillary avoid the real issues.
