  Daily Signal: A city council member in Michigan was reportedly seen on video helping to drop what appear to be several absentee ballots into a ballot drop box ahead of an August primary election. Abu Musa, a city councilman in the city of Hamtramck, Michigan, was reportedly in the passenger seat handing what appear to be ballots to the driver, who then dropped them in the drop box. Various news reports say they were “bundles” of ballots, another says “stacks.” The video was first reported by Local 4 News in Detroit and later was reported in other Michigan and national news outlets. Local 4 reported that Michigan State Police confirmed the footage. ...  CLG: Bombshell poll: Left-leaning Quinnipiac has Trump ahead in Wisconsin, Michigan | 9 Oct 2024 | In what can only be viewed as good news for former President Donald Trump, one of the more left-leaning polling outfits has found him carving out a material lead in two key battleground states. Widely regarded as one of the nation's left-leaning polls, the Quinnipiac University survey of battleground states found trump with 50% support in Michigan, compared to Harris's 47%, and 2% breaking for other candidates. In Wisconsin, Trump led with 48% support to Harris's 46% and 2% backing someone else. He remained behind in Pennsylvania, where Harris led with 49% to his 46%.... Trump can still carry Pennsylvania.  The race is still tighter than it should be and that is mainly because of the Democrat election machine and not because Harris is a great candidate.

International Quds Day is held to support Gaza and oppose Israel’s “occupation” of areas considered by the day’s demonstrators to be Palestinian territories. Dearborn, part of Michigan’s 12th Congressional District, is represented in Congress by Rep. Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) announced that her state will be giving landlords a “newcomer rental subsidy” which are funds to help place illegal immigrants in the properties they own. The landlords would receive funds of up to $500 a month to help house these migrants. According to The Midwesterner, the state of Michigan’s website says, “Many refugees and other newcomers face critical housing challenges, and this program will increase access to better and more affordable housing opportunities while supporting a more rapid social integration to refugees and other newcomer populations to Michigan.” The website also states that the new subsidy program “provides Refugees and other Newcomer population-eligible households with rental assistance up to $500 per month for up to 12 months, with eligibility based on immigration status and household income.” ...  Breitbart: Investigators with the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) visited the graves of Americans who have long passed away but remain on Michigan’s voter rolls heading into the 2024 election. In November 2021, PILF filed suit against Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D) accusing her of keeping nearly 26,000 dead registrants on Michigan voter rolls and thus violating the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA). The lawsuit claims 25,975 dead registrants remain on Michigan’s voter rolls, including 23,663 registrants who have been dead for five years or more, 17,479 registrants who have been dead for at least a decade, and 3,956 registrants who have been dead for at least 20 years. In footage released by PILF this month, the watchdog group visited several graveyards in Michigan showing some of the dead Americans who remain registered to vote in the state.  Just the News: Michigan authorities suspected there was a possible voter registration fraud scheme occurring across multiple states during the 2020 election and were concerned enough to bring in the FBI, according to police memos reviewed by Just the News. But what happened since remains mostly a mystery. According to the dozens of pages of police reports from the Muskegon Police Department and Michigan State Police, a firm called GBI Strategies was under scrutiny as an organization central to alleged voter registration fraud in the 2020 presidential election, which was first investigated by city and state authorities before the FBI took over. Contacts between local law enforcement and the FBI continued into 2022 but there is no evidence of what happened after that in the memos obtained by Just the News through state Freedom of Information FOIA requests.  Townhall: With Donald Trump’s fourth indictment looming and more tidbits dropping about the emerging Biden bribery scandal, I can see why this development in Michigan fell through the cracks.
