Bangladeshi infiltration of US through southern border

Washington Times: The number of illegal immigrants from Bangladesh jumping the border to sneak into the U.S. is on pace to double in the Laredo region of Texas, officials said Wednesday, in what is the latest worrying surge of migration from a country with terrorism dangers. The illegal immigrants pay up to $27,000 to international smuggling organizations to ferry them from Asia into the western hemisphere, where they make their way up through Central America and Mexico to the U.S. border, where they’re led across the Rio Grande. Another four Bangladeshis were nabbed in the Border Patrol’s Laredo Sector on Wednesday, bringing the total through a little more than six months of the fiscal year to 188. That’s already more than the 181 apprehended in all of fiscal year 2017. In 2016, the sector saw just one. The increase is worrisome both because of the presence of Islamist terror networks in Bangladesh, and because the immigrants are being coached on what to say when caught at the...

Man smuggling Muslims into US through Brazil pleads guilty

Washington Times: Federal authorities wrangled a guilty plea Wednesday from a Brazilian man who ran one of the Western Hemisphere’s more flagrant alien smuggling operations, sneaking dozens of illegal immigrants from terrorism-connected countries into the U.S. from 2014 to 2016. Sharafat Ali Khan specialized in smuggling illegal immigrants from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh over to the West, where they would be staged in Brazil before being sent north to try to penetrate the U.S. One of the men Khan helped smuggle into the country was an Afghan who authorities said was involved in a plot to conduct an attack in the U.S. or Canada and had family ties to members of the Taliban. Khan appeared in federal court in Washington on Wednesday and agreed to plead guilty to a smuggling conspiracy charge. He will be sentenced this summer and could get up to 46 months in prison, though a lower sentence is likely. Khan also agreed to accept deportation after he serves his time — though...

Bangladesh storms hideout for group behind mass murder for Allah attack at restaurant, killing leader

BBC: Bangladeshi police say they have stormed a hideout near Dhaka and killed the suspected planner of a cafe attack last month that left 22 people dead. "Tamim Chowdhury is dead," said senior police officer Sanwar Hossain, referring to the Bangladeshi-Canadian suspected mastermind. Three other suspected militants were killed by police during the raid. The cafe attack began on 1 July when the militants entered the Holey Artisan Bakery in Dhaka. They held hostages for 12 hours before police stormed the cafe, rescuing 13, killing six gunmen and arresting another. Twenty hostages and two police officers were killed in the attack, the worst in the country's history. ... Good riddance.  ISIL claimed credit for the mass murder, but Bangladesh disputes that saying the mass murderers were from a local group of Islamic terrorists.

Islamic religious bigot hack up those who can't quote from Koran

Daily Mail: Three U.S students among 20 hacked to death in Bangladesh restaurant by ISIS terrorists, who shouted Allahu Akbar and only spared those who could recite the Koran Portions of the Koran were plagiarized from the Bible.  One verse that probably did not get copied is from Matthew 7:15: Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. And later in verse 7:20: Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. They have certainly made themselves known with these attacks and other mass murder for Allah attacks.

Media has no trouble identifying Bangladesh mass murderers as Islamist terrorists

NY Times: 20 Hostages Killed in Bangladesh Standoff Six Gunmen Also Dead After Attack, Military Says Bangladeshi troops stormed a restaurant in the capital, Dhaka, ending an 11-hour standoff with Islamist militants who hacked patrons to death. Thirteen hostages were rescued after the attack, for which the Islamic State claimed responsibility. As in the case with the Turkish terror attack, there was no hesitancy in identifying the perps as associated with ISIL.  It si only when terrorists strike the US that the media and the administration have trouble identifying the motive of the terrorists even when they state it.  It is one of the weird ticks of the Obama administration.  It is also one that the liberals in the media tend to ignore common sense and follow Obama's weird lead.

In Bangladesh radical Islamist murder people, officials blame Israel

BBC: Bangladesh Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan has suggested an Israeli link to the recent killings of secular bloggers and minorities. He said an opposition MP had met an Israeli intelligence agent and there was evidence of an "international conspiracy" against Bangladesh. Mr Khan's comments come a day after the wife of a senior police officer investigating the deaths was shot dead. Most of the killings have been blamed on or claimed by Islamists. The government has sought in the past to link the opposition to the attacks. ... At least 30 people have been killed in the wave of attacks on those seen by extremists as offensive to Islam. ... It is hard to comprehend such incompetent police work or the ethnic and religious bigotry that goes into such ridiculous thinking.  There is no conceivable motive for Israel to be involved in the attacks.  Islamists are taking credit for the killings and the possibility that they might be acting on behalf of Israel is beyond remote.

Islamic religious bigots in Bangladesh are killing those who disagree with their weird beleifs

Washington Post: Foreigners fear for their safety in Bangladesh after Islamic State claims killings The U.S. Embassy is no longer permitting its personnel to be in most public places after a string of attacks left two foreigners dead and a third, an Italian missionary, seriously wounded. They have also been killing domestic bloggers who write things they disagree with.  They are clearly intolerant bigots and Islamist.   They are turning Bangladesh into a dangerous hell hole.

Malpractice issue in postmortem of Bangledish girl whipped to death

Image via Wikipedia Guardian: Three doctors are being investigated by authorities in Bangladesh after they claimed to have found no signs of injury in the postmortem examination of a teenage girl who was whipped to death under a fatwa. Hena Akhter, 14, died in hospital 11 days ago after she was sentenced to 101 lashes by village elders and clerics who alleged she had been having an affair with her married cousin. After a postmortem at her district hospital, doctors in Shariatpur , around 60km south of the capital, Dhaka , said they could find no signs of injury. But Hena's body was exhumed on Tuesday night on orders from the High Court, and a second autopsy concluded that she had died from internal bleeding and septicaemia caused by wounds "of a homicidal nature" on her scalp, abdomen, back, chest, arms and legs. At the High Court, Justice AHM Shamsuddin Chowdhury ordered the ministry of health to investigate the three doctors who carried out the first postmort...

There is much more. It sounds like this court has struck a blow for freedom in Bangladesh. Bangladesh becomeng Islamic terrorist training area

Independent on Sunday: Security experts have warned that extremists training in Bangladesh could pose a major threat to Britain, adding that the south-Asian country has become a "safe haven" for terrorists. Rising numbers of British-born fundamentalists are travelling to Bangladesh (formerly East Pakistan) for jihadist training, prompting the Bangladeshi government to launch a database to monitor the movements of suspected terrorists. UK security services are also turning their attention to the country, fearing it may become a magnet for would-be terrorists as security forces ratchet up surveillance on Pakistan. More than 4,000 British Muslims are thought to have travelled to Pakistan and Afghanistan for military training. Senior Bangladeshi intelligence sources, speaking on condition of anonymity, said they were keen to crack down on growing fundamentalist activity. But they admitted that lack of technology limits the means they have to monitor suspected extremists. One ...

A Bangladesh connection to Mumbai terror attack?

CNN: The attackers who killed nearly 180 people last week in Mumbai, India, had help from a Bangladeshi national, Indian security sources told CNN sister network CNN-IBN. The Bangladeshi national bought cell phone SIM cards for the attackers at several locations inside India, the sources said Thursday. SIM cards -- subscriber identity modules -- are portable memory-chips that make it easy to switch cell phones. Intelligence experts say they're used by terrorists to throw their pursuers off the trail. Indian authorities believe all the attackers were Pakistanis, specifically blaming Lashkar-e-Tayyiba (LeT), an Islamic militant group based in Pakistan. LeT has denied any responsibility for the attacks, but the sole surviving gunmen told interrogators he was trained by LeT, Indian authorities have said. ... ... one analyst who studies India-Pakistan tensions believes this operation was planned and carried out by militants from Bangladesh, Pakistan -- and India.
