Russia Implicated in Shooting Down Jet Over Ukraine

Russian-backed separatists asked for and received a surface-to-air missile that was used to shoot down a Malaysia Airlines flight in 2014, killing 298 people, a Dutch-led investigation concluded.

Will the Russians be sued by relatives of the ensuing crash?  Lawfare may be the only route for seeking justice against this atrocity.
