Attacks on Trump do not quell doubts about Clinton's integrity

Washington Post:
For Clinton, attacking Trump may not be enough

The Democratic presidential nominee hopes making an affirmative case about her policies and vision will boost her standing and earn a mandate.
While Trump certainly has his character flaws, the flaws that surround Clinton go more to the heart of whether she can be trusted to handle sensitive material as President as well as significant questions about her judgment.

In other words, as crazy as the media and she try to make Trump out to be, he looks sane next to her and her history of lying and screw ups in office.  Her ads are not working.
