Evidence that voter ID laws are working

Washington Post:
No, voter fraud actually isn’t a persistent problem

The analysis of key states with Voter ID laws found only 10 cases of voter impersonation, the only kind of fraud that could be prevented by requiring identification at the polls.
The headline and the story are misleading.   If you have voter ID requirements you will have fewer people who will try to impersonate someone else.  The story actually makes the point that the ID laws are preventing some voter fraud.

Typically the way the Democrats would cheat when there was no voter ID law is have fictitious registrations where a vacant lot would be used as an address or they would leave dead people on the voter rolls so that someone could vote using those registrations.  That is much more difficult with a voter ID requirement.
