The weak minds of the censors of social media

The closer we get to election day the more both sides tend to present evidence or arguments against the opposition.  Readers tend to ignore the arguments of the opposition.  When people resort to censoring the arguments or factual assertions of the opposition, the readers looking for that material begin to have a keener interest in finding it and start ignoring the censors and go right to the source.

I still have a menu item for blogs I check regularly and I highly recommend that conservatives continue to do that so they can avoid the liberal gatekeepers of social media.

Social media companies would be wiser to let their readers put their counter-arguments on their site than censor things they might disagree with.  That is what freedom of speech should be all about.

Do they really think that they will change minds by censoring content?

For example, I have been of the opinion that Joe Biden has been actively trying to monetize his office and enrich his family.  There is ample evidence to suggest that and censoring new evidence of that conduct is not going to change minds.

Censorship is a totalitarian response to ideas and writings a dictator does not want you to see and read.
