Under Russia, Life in Crimea Grows Chaotic

A month after the lightning annexation of Crimea, residents find themselves in a state of confusion, with few institutions functioning normally, including banks, courts and foreign businesses.
The Russians were ill prepared to take over the functioning of society when they took over this region.  The people will have to deal with the inefficiencies of Russian rule.  Corruption is likely to follow.
