Liberalism is losing this fight

In New York vs. Texas, it’s TKO by Texas 
N.Y. gets a lesson in competition for attracting entrepreneurs
It is not a close contest.  By blocking fracking, New York is also missing out on the natural gas revolution taking place elsewhere and is losing jobs in the process.  It is also having to pay the higher transportation cost to heat homes in the state.
