Media's unfair treatment of Trump is another reasons why it is losing credibility

President Trump’s half hour, impromptu interview on "Fox & Friends" last Friday sent the media’s fact checkers into overdrive this weekend. Everyone from PolitiFact to The New York Times to virtually all the Sunday morning national talk shows piled on, calling Trump a liar.

But the media can’t stop lying about what the president says. Sometimes it can’t distinguish a legitimate point of disagreement from a lie. It is no wonder that people have tuned out much of the constant attacks on Trump.

Whenever I see a report labeled "Factcheck" I now assume it is not so much about facts as an excuse for writing a brief for liberalism.  It is another reason to be suspicious of what the media is trying to sell, and has a dubious relationship with the facts of any particular story.

Americans are getting angry about the media bias.
Here, for a change, is a Friday bad-news dump for our country’s news media: Americans don’t believe you anymore. In fact, they’re pretty sure you knowingly publish inaccurate news, distort it and even make stuff up to suit your political bias and agenda.

And if you distribute the news on social media, they believe you even less.
