Why the media is having a difficult time covering President Trump
Rick Moran:
The Times has done a better job of late acting more professional in their coverage. I think they recognize that they made a mistake in feeling that they did not have to treat Trump fairly. I am sure they still oppose his policies but you can read their pieces and see an attempt to be factual and composed. The Post has been a different story. Too many of its pieces look like emotional hysteria at what the President has done or said. It is hard to find a straight news story when it comes to Trump. Everyone one seems to be a hair on fire rant.
Scoop! Bob Woodward thinks some reporters are 'emotionally unhinged' covering TrumpI look at the NY Times and the Washington Post every day. I know that most of the writers at both publications do not like Trump's political policies, but it is also clear that most of them have a visceral personal dislike of the many. This colors their coverage in a way that is too obvious to hide. When they left that happen they look less professional.
