Indian tech company unveils Plano tech hub, could make up to 450 hires
Texas governor Greg Abbott has been on a trip to India and the country has agreed to a couple of significant investments in Texas including this one.  Another investment is in the expansion of a steel plant in Baytown, Texas that will create several hundred jobs.
