If the money saved on taxes is invested in a business, it also has the potential of creating jobs and growing the economy. Why do liberals hate nongovernment job creation?
Well, it is not the government's money, to begin with. It is not like the government is paying rich people, although this story would certainly give that impression with the headline alone. The inefficiency of government redistribution of money from the rich to those pushing the dependency agenda misses the importance of allowing people who earn money to select how they will invest it or spend it.
