Any attack on the Norks would include taking out the artillery threatening Seoul
Washington Post:
The U.S. has 25 million reasons to refrain from a military strike on North KoreaThe US and South Korea would include strikes against the artillery units threatening Seoul in an opening salvo. The attacks would probably include attacks by MOAB's or MOP ordinance that would destroy the weapons and those who were manning it.
Kim Jong Un’s regime could retaliate by unleashing its conventional weaponry lined up on the demilitarized zone that has separated the two Koreas for about seven decades. That weaponry is reliable and could devastate South Korea’s populous capital.
