Supreme Court votes to approve rotten borough districts

NY Times:

Justices Reject Conservatives’ Challenge on ‘1 Person 1 Vote’

The Supreme Court ruled unanimously that states may count all residents in drawing election districts, whether or not they are eligible to vote. As a practical matter, the ruling mostly helped Democrats.
This is a bad decision because it awards Democrats for the bad conduct of people who are not citizens.   It also leads to corruption of politics.  England did away with the rotten borough system when it became apparent that some members of the Hosue of Commons were from districts where hardly anyone lived anymore.  This is an offshoot of that problem where Democrats get more votes in Congress because illegals flock to their districts.  In Califonia, they are actually giving illegals the right to vote.  Importing foreign voters should be unethical and illegal.
