Planned Parenthood’s Bad, Bad Night
They spent big and lost big in several Pennsylvania races.  They just do not do well outside the New York, Washington, DC bubble.  They are also losing in Texas where the legislature has defended their Medicaid program and moved support to other providers who do not provide abortions.
