The Trump wall could be paid for by seizing the assets of the drug cartels

NY Times:

A New and Rising Price Tag for Trump’s Wall: $21.6 Billion

A series of walls and fences spanning the southern border would take three and a half years to build and cost well over what the president estimated during the campaign, a report says.
The government is trying to seize the assets of el Chapo estimated to be $14 billion.  That is nearly two-thirds fo the price of the wall right there.  Mexico should go along with this because it would defund the criminal insurgency that is killing their culture.  It would have the potential of being a win-win deal.
