Cost benefit analysis says the EPA power plan is a waste

The EPA wants to trade your job for 0.01 degrees Celsius
It has become a way for the Obama administration to destroy red state economies that are out performing the blue state model.  There is a real disparate impact in these regulations that hits primarily Republican states.  It si one of teh ways Obama has corrupted the political process.
