Who knew?

From the NY Times Food page:

I had no idea.

Then there is this:

The food at Kogi Korean BBQ-To-Go, the taco vendor that has overtaken Los Angeles, does not fit into any known culinary category....

No kidding. At least there was no mention of dog meat.
