Look for homeless population to increase in Los Angelos

NY Times:

Los Angeles Puts $100 Million Into Helping Homeless

The city’s plan will focus on housing and service programs to get an estimated 26,000 homeless people off the streets.
Nothing is quite as effective at increasing the number of homeless as subsidizing it.  San Francisco has already gone this route with similar results.   Empathy and compassion only get you so far.  It is a lesson some liberals never learn.

But Democrats are never blamed even when they are in charge.
