DOJ should proceed with an obstruction of justice case against Clinton and those who aided and abetted it by destroying data under subpoena

There appears to be a pretty clear case for an obstruction of justice charge in the destruction of Hillary Clinton's emails that were subject of a Congressional subpoena.
