The billionaires Boca Chica mansion

You would think that with a real estate market as hot as Texas' and the ability to get a McMansion for only half a million dollars in plenty of suburbs, one of the richest men in the world would have some pretty sweet digs. 

But multi-billionaire Elon Musk is apparently living in almost a literal box in Starbase, Texas.

Musk revealed earlier this month that he only owns one house in the Bay Area now after selling off most of his real estate assets and is currently renting a home worth $50,000 from SpaceX while he does all his space things in Boca Chica.

Teslarati's Simon Alvarez reports that Musk's rented home is actually a mass-produced, 20 feet x 20 feet "foldable, prefabricated home" from Boxabl, a housing start-up company. 

The "Boxabl Casita" Musk reportedly lives in is set up like a studio apartment, with one large room partitioned into a living room and bedroom area, a fully equipped kitchen band a bathroom with a tub shower.

Boxabl posted a video in November from inside the Casita, announcing the company had just built it for a "high-profile" and "top secret" customer in Boca Chica. But while the company didn't name names, Boca Chica isn't exactly teeming with celebrities, especially ones who would have a poster of a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket on the door.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014. When the Congressional Budget Office crunched Obamacare's spending numbers, they estimated that only 7% of employees currently covered by employer-sponsored plans would lose their plans. ...
