What is the Democrat plan for repairing the damage caused by Obamacare?

Schumer: Democrats' top priority is health care, not Russia

Schumer did not present any ideas on how to repair the damaged caused by Obamacare.  I get the feeling that their top priority is to defend the status quo and to hell with those harmed by the current law.
