Gov Abbott Prepared To Ban Sanctuary Cities In Texas
Austin and Dallas are two of the most prominent sanctuary cities and Austin leaders have stated their intent to keep that policy even if President-elect Trump cuts off federal funding.  It might be more difficult for them if the state is also opposed to the policy.
