Obama's overrated skill set

Skilled Speechmaker, Lousy Manager
While it has been hard to avoid the conclusion that Obama is an incompetent manager, his speech making is grossly overrated.  When he was pushing Obamacare his and Democrat numbers went down with each speech.  Lately he has been long on sarcasm and snark which may appeal to his hipster base, but is unpersuasive with the rest of the world.  He seems to think that speech making is a substitute for leadership and management.
