Obamacare individual mandate ruled unconstitutional

The three-judge panel directed a Texas district court to decide whether the rest of the law can stand without the requirement that most Americans carry health insurance.
It is something the Supreme Court should have done, to begin with, but Chief Justice Roberts rewrote the law to say the mandate was a tax and therefore the whole thing was legal.  That was nonsense to begin with and was unsustainable after the "tax" was repealed.  Without the "tax" the law should not be considered constitutional.
