NY bail failure leads to more crime

New York’s Bail Reform Policies Are Setting Anti-Semitic Attackers Free to Attack Again

This is a counterproductive policy that endangers the victims and rewards the guilty.  It is as bad as the liberal policy of reducing the penalty for shoplifting giving crooks and incentive to steal which drives up the cost of the retailer and his honest customers.
