If Democrats don't submit their articles of impeachment to the Senate they are waiving their claim

The Democrats' process is a disgrace to the Congress and it deserves a rebuke by the Senate. A failure to present the case to the Senate is, in fact, an admission of their mal intent.
Karl Rove is not impressed with Pelosi's moves:
If she never sends them they will expose for how frivolous the original case the Democrats passed is. It is not like the Democrats were not aware that a partisan impeachment would result in an acquittal by a GOP controlled Senate. They also know that their articles are at best BS claims that do not meet the constitutional standard for impeachment. sending the two articles of impeachment there, leaving the timing in doubt.
