Foreign intelligence services knew within 24 hours that the Russian collusion story was a hoax



The interviewer wants to talk about Murkowski's position on the impeachment trial, but this historian did not think that wasn't much of a story.  He did say that the foreign intelligence people were telling their leaders the Russian collusion story was a hoax early on.
