Will Iran extradite its cyber warriors?

NY Times:

U.S. Indicts 7 Iranians in Cyberattacks on Banks and a Dam

The indictment is the first time that the Obama administration has sought action against Iranians for a wave of computer attacks that began in 2011.
This lawfare approach to a cyber war effort is likely to be unproductive.   The likelihood that Iran will extradite the accused is remote.  I suspect these people were acting on the orders of the Islamic religious bigots who rule Iran.  If that is the case it will again show how misguided the Obama administration was in doing its nuke deal with a hostile Iran.
