Cruz battle plan in Wisconsin and New York

NY Times:

Ted Cruz Opens Two Fronts in Push Against Donald Trump

Senator Ted Cruz of Texas is trying to peel away delegates from Donald J. Trump in New York, where they will be allocated by congressional district unless Mr. Trump clears 50 percent, and in Wisconsin, where he hopes to win outright.
The Cruz campaign has been the most strategic operation in this election cycle, picking off targeted delegates where ever possible.  While Trump has an advantage in his home state, there are districts where Cruz may pick up some delegates.  Cruz currently has a slim lead in Wisconsin but will probably pick up support in the coming days. He has a tendency to outperform his poll numbers in this type of contest.
