Arguing the case against for inconvenient life?

NY Times:

Eyes on Kennedy, Women Tell Supreme Court Why Abortion Was Right for Them

Hoping to humanize their decisions, more than 100 women filed briefs directed largely at Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, who holds the crucial vote in an abortion case to be argued Wednesday.
It is interesting that the same people who dehumanize babies in the womb claim they are humanizing their decision to abort the babies by calling it a fetus or a tissue mass.  The same people who talk about reproductive freedom, are not willing to take responsibility for the choice they made to have unprotected sex.  The same people who say the issue is about women's health are resisting measures to ensure that those doing the procedure are doing so in an environment that could save their life is something goes wrong.
