Biden says Democrats do not have the votes for impeachment effort

Senate Dems claim Trump incited a crowd prior to the riot at the Capitol

There are several reasons why they do not have the votes.  First, the Republican voters oppose it and have sent that message to Senators.   There is also the facts developed by the FBI that do not support the "incitement" claim of the House in their resolution.  The rush to judgment before the investigation was underway has come back to bite the Democrats and Republicans who supported the measure.  The 10 Republicans are all facing challenges because of their votes.  Any Republican Senator who supports impeachment will also be making a career decision.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014.
