State Department raises questions about Clinton assertions at hearing

Clinton's testimony includes new inconsistencies

State Dept. won't confirm her claim that 90-95 percent of emails were in its possession before scandal.
She appears to be still making stuff up to cover her failures.  The State Department said it knows of no basis for Clinton's claim.
