Obama to Release One-Third of Gitmo Detainees – Despite 27% Recidivism Rate

I think they should stay in Gitmo until the end of the war.  As we have seen in the demonstrations, releasing these guys earns zero good will, and only offers manpower and leadership to the enemy.
