Joe Wilson and William Jefferson

Clarice Feldman has an interesting story on Joe Wilson and his ties to Clinton's expensive boon doggle to Africa that took many pols including Jefferson. When I started reading it I was skeptical, but by the time I finished I had a new appreciation for her point.
