While some in the media have acknowledged the corruption they have not moved it above the fold to highlight it or have the kind of follow-up stories they normally have when pursuing corruption of public figures.   They seem content to wait until after the election to really pursue this angle because they do not want to do anything to give hope to Trump voters.
