Just in time for the 2014 GOP takeover of the Senate

NY Times:
Fed up with Senate Republicans’ refusal to confirm many of President Obama’s nominees, Harry Reid, the Senate majority leader, has been gauging if there is any support among fellow Democrats to change filibuster rules.
I think it will lead to more use of the failure to give unanimous consent to proceed.  But the real beneficiary will be the Republicans once they regain the majority.  As I noted last night polls are already showing a GOP advantage in open seats.  I think Reid and his healthcare law are largely responsible for that.
