Who wants to go deeply into debt and not have a job to pay it off?

Lower-tier colleges and esteemed regional schools are fighting for fewer students amid rising costs.
What they are selling right now is over priced and under performing.  The days of falling for predatory loans so that administrators can live like the one percent should be over.
